Designing A Difference is a non-profit startup that is offering people with employment barriers training and employment in the San Francisco apparel manufacturing industry. Our fundraising events are coordinated by Rebecca Cahua and me, and done with help of our amazing volunteers! Many times we panel and discuss the importance of our nonprofit. I create most artwork, flyers, marketing material, social media posts and official press releases inviting family, friends, donors, sponsors, partners, volunteers, DaD Board of Directors, supporters, local designers, and news and media outlets to join us to learn more about our organization, have fun with us, and donate to our organization!


#HashtagLunchbagSF is a humanitarian movement dedicated to empowering and inspiring humanity to reap the benefits of giving through the use of social media. I team up with Rebecca Cahua to seek funding and donations for the monthly #HashtagLunchbagSF event. I connect with individuals and companies by sending donation proposals for monetary contributions, food donation or marketing supplies. Using the power of social media, exposure for their contribution is shared. I create the #HashtagLunchbagSF email newsletter with news of upcoming event information, fundraising projects and ways to get involved.

PrAna San Francisco

At prAna San Francisco I was responsible for the store's retail marketing. I had a monthly budget to creatively establish monthly marketing approaches. I had the opportunity to create giveaways, pop-up shops throughout the City, weekly in-store fitness classes, prAna parties, styling events, special promotions, wine gatherings and prAna Influencer events. My personal & the store's clients were informed about our events via email, Facebook, and Instagram marketing campaigns. I also created printed material and chalkboard art in addition to networking in and out of the store. Partnerships were established with various brands and companies to make our events even greater!
