The Property Selling Process
1. Let’s identify and create a strategy to get you top dollar. Doug & Eddy will meet at your property for an initial assessment consultation. They’ll answer any questions you may have and determine your needs and priorities to develop a strategy to get you the highest price and best terms possible for your property. During this visit they will assess the condition of the property, the layout, it’s location and possible market improvements that will help to bring you multiple buyers, multiple offers, and the highest possible sale price. They will prepare a detailed Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) of your property to determine the potential list price and the likely sale price for your property. It will be during your second meeting where they will present to you their findings and any property preparation recommendations to assure the property targets a wide audience.
2. Let’s get your home ready for sale. Doug & Eddy will recommend how to prepare your property to attract the largest pool of buyers. To ensure your property is in top condition, they will coordinate as needed with their team of handymen, landscape artists, cleaners, painters, stagers, photographers, website developers, and inspectors so that buyers feel comfortable submitting a clean, contingency-free offer. They will schedule any pre-sale inspections, order a 3-R Report, a Preliminary Title Report, and prepare a full set of disclosure documents to ensure buyers are fully informed, and we have an effective marketing period and close of escrow.
